Alex encompasses the epitome of aloha!

After a rental storefront next to our hotel closed (unexpectedly) early (and we missed getting our boards to have them for a 5 am moonlit adventure) - we contacted Alex, Friday after 5:30 pm just to check availability for the next day and to see if, on the off chance, he was still renting boards that late.

Not only was he available, he delivered to our hotel (Lahaina Shores) after our dinner plans concluded (he said between 8 & 9 PM which was perfect for us). He called us promptly at 8:15 and the delivered boards were in the service elevator and on their way up to our hotel room before 9!

Alex was great - helpful, charming and totally accommodating in every way! And the pick up was just as easy... He is a courteous communicator - he gave us a time window and showed up promptly - calling us a few minutes before he arrived.

Everything went picture perfectly!
